Holysh*t Ice Cream sandwiches is a new frozen dessert business that I own and run in downtown Calgary. The business objective is to create unapologetically delicious gluten free desserts and to use the businesses reach to support and collaborate with local charities and causes such as Skipping Stone and Riverwest Therapy Collective.
